What goes in the file
- The EX-15 form, completed and signed
- A current passport or national ID, plus a photocopy
- Evidence of why you are asking (a job, a purchase, study and so on)
- The Modelo 790-012 fee, paid at a Spanish bank
- Two passport photos (for the non-EU TIE)
- A padrón certificate where the office asks for it
