NIE Lanzarote is a small team of foreigner-paperwork specialists working out of Arrecife. We help people arriving from every corner of the world settle into the slow rhythm of the Canary Islands, with the documents they need to live, work and study here.
We began because we kept watching newcomers — and a few Spaniards too — lose whole weeks to a system that gives away little and forgives nothing. Slots that never surface, a form bounced for one empty box, a fee paid against the wrong procedure entirely.
These days we look after a steady stream of NIE, TIE, padrón and residence files across the island each year. There is no switchboard and no script; you reach actual people who answer and stay with you to the end.
